These terms govern your use of delvianstudio.com and related preview services operated by Delvian Studio. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site describes Delvian's services and may provide private, incomplete website, interface, or software concepts for evaluation. Site content is general information, not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

A project begins only when Delvian and the client enter into a separate written agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

• A preview is prepared for the business identified in or associated with the preview.
• Access codes and PINs should not be published, resold, or shared beyond people evaluating the concept for that business.
• Previews may be incomplete, use placeholder material, contain disabled forms, and change or expire without notice.
• Delvian may suspend or revoke access to protect the service, the intended recipient, or its work.

The free website privacy scan is a bounded automated technical observation of public web pages. By requesting a scan, you authorize Delvian to make ordinary HTTP and browser requests to the submitted public website, inspect up to five same-site pages, and interact only with conservatively identified cookie or consent controls. Do not submit a private, authenticated, paywalled, internal, or non-business system.

The scanner does not submit business forms, make purchases, create accounts, enter credentials, bypass access controls, or intentionally test vulnerabilities. You may not use it to disrupt a website, evade rate limits, target a private system, or facilitate unlawful activity. Delvian may reject, rate-limit, pause, or end a scan to protect the target or service.

Results reflect only the pages, browser states, region, time, rules, and evidence the scanner could observe. They may contain false positives, omissions, stale vendor classifications, or incomplete observations. A result is not legal advice, a legal audit, certification, warranty, or determination of compliance with any law. Qualified counsel must independently determine applicable legal obligations.

Delvian and its licensors retain all rights in the site, Delvian brand, designs, code, copy, templates, preview systems, and concept work, except for material owned by a prospect, client, or third party.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the site and any preview you are authorized to access for internal evaluation. No preview asset may be copied, published, adapted, extracted, sold, or used in production unless a separate written agreement expressly permits it. Providing business information to Delvian does not transfer ownership of that information to us.

You may not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, automate abusive requests, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or business, use the site unlawfully, or infringe another person's rights.

If you email or otherwise contact us, you authorize us to respond using the contact details you provide. An inquiry does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or client relationship.

Examples, concepts, scans, audits, and recommendations illustrate possible work. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, Delvian does not guarantee leads, revenue, rankings, conversions, uptime, accessibility compliance, legal compliance, or any other business outcome.

The site and preview service are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Delvian disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delvian will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public site or a no-cost preview. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The site may rely on or link to third-party services. Delvian is not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that may be brought in court will be subject to the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
